MSI Voice exists to make MSIPL better — good ideas deserve to reach management, and problems deserve to get fixed. Both work best when you feel safe writing candidly, so here is exactly what the system records, and what it never does.
If you submit anonymously, the people who review your submission see no name, no email address and no department. They see only what you wrote and the date you wrote it. There is no name for them to look up, because none was recorded.
If you choose to be identified, we confirm your identity through your company email. You cannot type a name yourself; the name comes from your verified email address. This exists for exactly one reason — so that nobody can submit something under someone else's name.
Anonymous submissions are taken seriously. They are information for management to look into. They are never treated, on their own, as proof against any person.
If there is an immediate safety, security or serious operational risk, contact your responsible manager or senior management directly. This form must not be your only action in an emergency.
